Encourage co-creation, local storytelling, and civic pride\n16. Seed new creative practices and partnerships\n17. Help develop future models for supporting community-led culture\n18. Provide Merton with a diverse participatory, cultural and/or audience experience\n19. Have ambition to create a long-lasting imprint on the participants, artists and local people of Merton\n20.
