Lead organisation must be a UK registered micro, small or medium sized enterprise (SME) claiming grant funding.\n2. To work alone, organisation must be a UK registered SME.\n3. Project total costs must be between £100,000 and £500,000.\n4. Project duration must be between 9 and 12 months.\n5. Project must start by 1 January 2027 and end by 31 December 2027.\n6. Project must be within the frontier industries: video games, advertising and marketing, film and TV, music, performing and visual arts.\n7. Organisation must carry out project work in the UK, intend to exploit results in the UK, and spend most funding within the UK.\n8. Project must start on the first of a month, after Grant Offer Letter approval.\n9. Only eligible project costs may be included; justification required if costs/duration fall outside criteria.\n10. Lead organisation can only lead one application; can be collaborator in up to three further applications if leading, or up to three if not leading.\n11. Academic institutions, RTOs, charities, not-for-profit, public sector organisations can be collaborators on up to three applications.\n12. Subcontractor costs ≤50% of total project costs.\n13. Non-UK partners permitted but costs count towards total eligible costs.\n14. Organisations not profit driven or without commercial focus (including CICs and charities) cannot lead.\n15. Projects must not be in excluded sectors (construction, education, tourism, manufacturing, healthcare, immersive, etc.) without clear frontier industry link.\n16. Projects must not be content-only or non-R\u0026D (e.g., podcasts, informational websites) without innovative edge.\n17. Must not create secondary funding (grant programmes, accelerators, awards).\n18. Must not develop internal workflow tools that do not benefit wider ecosystem.\n19. Must not develop social networking sites or community groups.\n20.
