Up to two co-applicants allowed; co-applicants have equitable PI status, can be affiliated with HEI in/out Scotland, same status as PI, award payment to PI's institution, need statement of support.\n7. May include collaborators (not bound by same eligibility), can be listed under Project Management Personnel, no statement needed.\n8.
