Fiscal Year 2026 Creation Grant Category IV [Long Term] International film screenings

"Creation Grant" supports diverse creative activities and their stakeholders that contribute to enhancing Tokyo's urban appeal by subsidizing part of the operating expenses for Tokyo-based art organizations and others. Applications are accepted in four categories according to the purpose of the activities and the duration of the grant. In the "Category IV [Long-term Grant] Overseas Film Festival Participation Activities," support is provided for up to three years to promote international works in the film field by supporting post-production and participation in overseas film festivals.

From 10:00 on Tuesday, June 30, 2026 to 18:00 on Thursday, July 30

Notes
- Co-sponsored projects and affiliated projects with facilities managed and operated by Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture are not eligible for subsidies.
- Projects sponsored or co-sponsored by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government or Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture, or projects that have been provided with subsidies, support funds, subsidies, commission fees, etc. from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture, or projects that are scheduled to be paid, are not eligible for subsidies. However, you can apply for this grant for projects that are or plan to receive "Grant for Accessibility" subsidies implemented by Arts Council Tokyo.
