Housing Energy Saving 2026 Campaign & Future Eco Housing 2026 Project Overview
Updated: July 2026, 4
On November 28, 2025, the Cabinet approved the FY2025 supplementary budget, which includes the "Home Energy Conservation 2026 Campaign," which will have a major impact on trends in the housing industry. This is a large-scale subsidy project implemented in collaboration with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, and the Ministry of the Environment, as in the previous fiscal year.
Each of our affiliated companies is using subsidies to boost orders, and we are also collaborating with them to support the application process.
The key is to get ahead of the game. Get the right information early and create a plan to promote orders.
